About Me

I believe therapy is a space where we can be our most true self. This might sound exciting for some, and daunting - evening frightening - for others. We all have ways of being in the world that have served us in some ways but limited us in others. Yet, discovering our own truths and experiencing the freedom to act from a place of authenticity allows us to create a more satisfying, exciting life. Whether this means establishing more meaningful relationships, finding relief from anxiety, shifting restrictive patterns of behavior, or shaping a life that matches what we actually want, therapy helps set our desires in motion.

I received my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California. I have over ten years of training and experience working in the counseling field.  My private practice is located in the Market Hall office suites in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, CA.
